FAQ

  • Do you take my insurance?
We are not in network with any insurance companies. Clients pay at the time of their services and can seek reimbursement from their insurance company for out of network benefits. Our rates are lower than what insurance based physical therapy companies bill in our area. Many times, the cost of care with Teleos Health will be less than the copays you would pay over the course of your treatment with insurance. In addition, since we don't contract with insurance companies, we are not limited by the treatment options or time restrictions that insurance companies demand. Instead we are able to provide the services you need and deserve. To aid with your reimbursement, we can provide you with an itemized statement or "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance to request out of network reimbursement.

  • How long can I expect treatment to take?

  • Can I get a Good Faith Estimate?
Under certain circumstances, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the cost for medical items and services, including outpatient rehabilitation services. Therefore, you can request a Good Faith Estimate. • Depending on when you schedule your service, your provider may be required to provide a Good Faith Estimate between 1 and 3 business days after you schedule. • You can also ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. • If you receive a bill that is substantially more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your GFE. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
  • Can I keep my current doctors and still seek treatment at Teleos Health?
Yes. We will coordinate care with your current physicians and include them in your treatment plan with your permission.
  • Can I seek treatment for just my physical health without treating mental or spiritual health?
Yes. Teleos Health provides physical therapy and will focus on physical health first and foremost. However, current research reinforces how mental and spiritual health can influence your physical health. Restricting care to only physical elements can limit your outcomes.
